I learned reclamation in my own body first.
Now I guide yours.
Years before I became a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, I was a Navy supply officer deployed to Afghanistan. I spent years carrying the physical weight of survival — a webbed belt digging into my hip, a pistol at my side, and a hyper-vigilant nervous system braced against constant threat.
When I eventually left the military, completed medical school, and entered a safe relationship, something unexpected happened: my libido vanished.
By the time my daughter was born, the desire desert in my home was total.
Here I was — a doctor of naturopathic medicine, an expert in vitality, chemistry, and hormones — yet I was the one who didn’t want to be touched. I threw everything at my libido. My lab work came back “normal,” our relationship counseling went “well,” but I still felt completely disconnected from my body.
It took a profound somatic awakening to realize the truth: my erotic vitality hadn’t been killed by war, stress, or motherhood. It was simply dormant — buried under layers of old survival armor, physical tissue bracing, and a fundamental misunderstanding of how my entire system actually worked.
When that armor finally cracked, aliveness returned to my body. The truth took up residence in my bones: this thing was still on.
I uncovered the blueprint to my own house after the foundation of my marriage had already fractured. I built this practice — weaving evidence-based medicine, somatic wisdom, and a multidimensional framework for intimacy — so you can find your blueprint while your own walls are still standing.
